08 - 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
09 - 1 tablespoon extra smoked salmon, shredded (optional)
10 - 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (optional)
# Preparation Steps:
01 - Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Set over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 9–10 minutes.
02 - Transfer eggs to an ice bath and let cool for 5 minutes. Gently peel each egg.
03 - Slice eggs lengthwise and carefully remove yolks. Set whites aside.
04 - Mash yolks in a mixing bowl with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth.
05 - Gently fold in chopped smoked salmon and chives. Mix thoroughly.
06 - Spoon or pipe the filling into the hollowed egg white halves.
07 - Sprinkle each filled egg with everything bagel seasoning. Garnish with extra smoked salmon and fresh dill, as desired.
